A fourth-generation engineer, Erin Black is a Mechanical Engineer in Mazzetti's St. Louis office and serves as the current ASHRAE President of the St. Louis Chapter where her grandfather still attends regular meetings. We know she will make an impact on future generations, whether they’re a fourth generation engineer or a first!

Holly Taylor works (remotely) in Mazzetti’s Denver office and is the Electrical Discipline Lead for Mazzetti. Holly’s leadership has made the electrical discipline a shining example of how to structure and maintain efficient workflows and resources for everyone to use!

At the beginning of August, our total of women at Mazzetti was 43.2%! We are steadily inching towards our goal of having equal numbers of men and women within the company and being the most women friendly engineering firm in the world. This month, we’re excited to put the W@M spotlight on the incredible female interns (some of which are now full-time hires!) that we’ve had working at Mazzetti this summer.

Kristelle Fruge is an associate and technology project manager for Mazzetti+GBA’s technology division out of the Franklin, TN office. After working in high tech for many years, Kristelle was looking for a change in her career and was drawn to medical equipment and IT planning. She ended up at GBA (which merged with Mazzetti in 2016) and has been an indispensable part of the team ever since!

The Women@Mazzetti committee sat down in December to reflect on 2022 and where we want to go in 2023. We started by updating our committee mission statement to better align with our current efforts.

As an experienced medical equipment technician in the Army and a medical equipment planner and project manager at Mazzetti, we could say TaKeisha knows medical equipment from the inside out.
