Keisha Thomas is a Senior Electrical Designer in our Portland office. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering and many years of industry and academic experience, she came to Mazzetti over two years ago and has since become an indispensable part of our team and project delivery.

Lisa Sombart is a Principal and Team Leader in our St. Louis office. She is also a pioneer, and  not afraid to take risks, tackle new challenges, and take initiative to learn new things – including deciding to be an engineer at a time when women were even more scarce in engineering.

Monica Anderson is a Civil Engineer, Principal, and Co-Team Leader for our Oregon offices. She joined Mazzetti through a merger with BHE GROUP early 2019.

This month’s Women@Mazzetti spotlight is on Nikki Tuft, a Senior Technology Consultant working from San Francisco, CA. She began her career with our Technology Division, Mazzetti + GBA, 21 years ago...

Mazzetti recognizes that bringing more women voices to the leadership level also means bringing different ideas that will overall make the company better. Hence, the need for creating a women mentorship program to support more women leaders.

This month’s Women@Mazzetti spotlight is on Lauren Schwade. She is a Senior Lighting Designer and Associate in our Atlanta office.

For September’s Women @ Mazzetti spotlight, we flipped the script on Amber McClintock, Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager within Mazzetti’s Marketing and Business Development Department.

Chelsea Quigley is a newly promoted Associate and Plumbing Designer in our San Francisco office. She started with Mazzetti after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in environmental engineering and says she fell into the role somewhat randomly – “[Plumbing] was something I had never realized even was a career (the toilet just magically flushes on its own, right?).” Five years later, Chelsea has become an indispensable part of the plumbing team, working on projects of varying size in addition to project management.

Edna Webb is Mazzetti’s Controller—ensuring the day-to-day financial activities are executed—payments made, general ledger is current, reporting is completed, etc. Edna was previously employed by another engineering firm as an Accounting Manager, before joining Mazzetti  as Controller 11 years ago, working out of the Nashville (Franklin) office.
