Varsity Tutors

Varsity Tutors, a company that matches tutors with students, was expanding quickly and desired a headquarters to house their financial and analytics operations.  Mazzetti provided MEPF engineering, architectural lighting, and information technology design for the new 19,880sf office.  The space includes open and private offices, conference rooms, reception and pre-function area, break room, and a game room.  Design occurred within a tight floor to structure height of 10’6”.  Systems were exposed and integrated to become visual features of the office environment.  Lighting design consists of sculpted LED and cantilevered lighting to create a dynamic work environment.
