The official Launch of Energy to Care took place at the ASHE Annual last week.

In a line that clearly resonated and was repeated throughout the week, Dale Woodin kicked it off at the Chapter Leadership meeting on Sunday. He noted that there are two kinds of expenses in hospital facility management – people and utilities. And he called on ASHE members to rise the challenge of the need to cut costs, and to show our value by cutting BTUs, so we don’t have to cut FTEs. ASHE had two booths there that were busy most of the week. The program dashboard has launched, with further improvements to follow soon. Uptake is accelerating; ASHE and its members are making this happen. Thanks to all.
