If I could change one thing about the world, I’d like to bring economic development and stable food production to third world countries. This comes in part from my experience having participated in hospital reviews in Saudi Arabia and Africa.
My background is in HVAC engineering for commercial, retail, restaurants, mixed use, multi-family, K-12 and higher education, government and hospital facilities. I’ve served as project manager for these projects from conception to completion of construction documents, including all levels from schematic design through construction administration. I am also experienced in client relations and the coordination and interaction with the architects and contractors.
A firm believer that team coordination is the key to achieving the best design and overall client satisfaction, I strive to find quicker and more efficient ways to produce the project with successful results.
In the area of Planning, I’ve been involved with the owner/developer group to help set up and coordinate the program that defines what the project will be and meeting the expectations of the owner. This involves coordinating with the initial team and providing experience to the design.
I am a former skydiving instructor. I also enjoy spending time with my three daughters hiking, camping, skiing, and scuba diving. I’m up for anything adventurous!
