Ironically, on “Global Day of the Engineer”, we’re celebrating exciting news — Mazzetti India’s Mangala Chandrashekar was recognized as “Woman Performer of the Year 17-18”, by ISHRAE Bangalore Chapter.
I’m honored for this recognition. Challenging tasks, recognition, and encouragement feeds my excitement to be in the AEC industry. I hope I can inspire others along the way!

More context for the award: ISHRAE Bangalore Chapter – “Women in ISHRAE” ran a month-long initiative in the month of March on the occasion of “International Women’s day” to recognize “Women Performers” in the HVAC Industry. They had solicited ISHRAE members to nominate female colleagues or acquaintances. A panel committee ranked candidates based on technical forum and experience in HVAC Industry. Mangala’s earning of this award is well-deserved. We’re honored she’s a member of our Mazzetti Family.
